Public events and seminars: The ITZ Plus organizes congresses, conferences and further thematic workshops and seminars as well as public events.

Event spaces for you: The ITZ Plus provides seminar and conference rooms and space for company-internal training courses, seminars and workshops.

The gigantic window front offers an open view of our  future science garden outside. The science garden aims to show different exhibitions on various topics of energy systems, biotechnology and bio-based economy.

The event rooms can be combined and host up to 120 people.

  • Can I book catering services?

    We are happy to provide you with drinks. A flat rate of 50 euros (half-day event) or 100 euros (full-day event) will be charged for the provision of hot and cold drinks. The individual drinks will be charged according to consumption.

    For food or other catering, we ask you to order this directly from the catering service providers of your choice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • What happens if the event booked for the whole day lasts longer than 8 hours?

    For an event room booked for a full day, the flat daily rate of 8 hours applies. If this period is significantly exceeded, we reserve the right to charge additional costs. The amount of the additional costs depends on the room booked.

  • Are there parking spaces that I can use?

    There is a parking lot at the rear entrance (east) of the ITZ building. There are designated parking spaces for visitors here, which you can use free of charge. Please contact us if you have a larger number of participants or if you require additional parking.

     

  • What happens if I have to cancel the event and no longer need the booked rooms?

    Something has come up and you have to cancel your reservation? No problem. There is no cancellation fee up to 14 days before the booked date.

    However, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees for last-minute cancelations: 

    • Cancellation between 13 and 6 days before the booked date: 50% cancellation fee
    • Cancellation between 5 and 2 days before the booked date: 75% cancellation fee
    • Cancellations less than 2 days before the booked date: 100% cancellation fee

    The basis for calculating the cancellation fee is the price valid at the time of booking.  Non-appearance on the booked date is not considered as a cancellation and will be charged at the original booking value.

  • Can I also rent rooms at the weekend?
